Lough Erne Resort Castle Hume Golf Course will be opening its doors to prospective members on 19th February 2022.
Its membership open day is open to families, men, and ladies of all ages and will run from 10am to 4pm. There will be a host of exclusive, new membership packages available and refreshments will be available at the Castle Hume Clubhouse.
On the day, golfers can play up to 18-holes for free on Castle Hume Golf Course, experience the resort’s golf academy, take part in an indoor golf simulator competition, get top advice from PGA Professional Damian Mooney, and be in with a chance to win £500 worth of golf shop credit at Lough Erne Resort.
As well as being a championship parkland course, Castle Hume – one of two championship golf courses the resort has to offer – is playable all-year round and is an excellent way to boost your health and wellbeing as playing the full course equates to around 15k steps (depending on your golfing prowess of course).
Castle Hume, famed for its large greens, rolling fairways and it’s challenging water hazards, boasts some 7,000 trees and over 30 bunkers. Manicured to the highest standards, it measures just over 6200 yards and plays to a testing par of 70.
It is recognised as being one of the most scenic championship golf courses in Northern Ireland and, as such, it’s a great way to experience the beautiful natural Fermanagh countryside and lakelands with spectacular views over Castle Hume Lough.
This event is free and open to all. If you’d like to pre-register your interest, please contact Barry McCauley, Golf Operations Manager, on 079 5501 8196 or email [email protected] .
