Established in 1928, Headfort Golf Club is one of the finest parkland complexes in Ireland.

Boasting a 36 hole layout, both courses have beautiful trees which enhance this picturesque setting and consistently rank among the top 10 parkland courses available to golfers throughout all of Ireland.

The idea for creating a club near Kells was first agreed upon during 1928 and construction began soon after; nine holes were laid out on land leased from the Headfort Estate as part of that year’s process with more being added each subsequent year until finally there are 18 challenging holes awaiting you!
