Carnoustie Golf Links (Burnside Links)
The Burnside oozes character and is spectacularly challenging. The 5th and 14th holes are particularly dramatic for their par 3s, while the 17th proves to be one of the hardest par 4’s anywhere.
Ben Hogan famously played on this course in 1953 where he shot 70 to qualify for winning his Open Championship title later that year.
