Royal St David's Golf Club
A classic links course, the Harlech Links was first laid out in 1894 and has always been noted for its large greens, punishing rough and spectacular homecoming through some of the most imposing dunescape in Britain.
But this wasn’t just any old Links – it’s a challenging golf course with many very difficult holes that can be considered to be like half pars depending on weather conditions!
Unlike other courses which are usually an ‘out-and back’ design following one set path as players make their way around course, at Harloch there is an intricate routing that constantly exposes the golfer to different wind directions, requiring mastery of every club in the bag.
