The perfect place to stay while playing golf in Northern Ireland
The new 35 room, five-star luxury hotel and spa is set to open its doors in 2023.
The Dunluce Lodge will be a brand new build overlooking the famous 4th fairway at Royal Portrush Golf Club with views of Donegal’s rugged coastline as well as Skerries Isle—a marine sanctuary just off Dunluce Road where seals can often be found munching on herring!
In addition it lies within walking distance from one end of town centre which has all major amenities including shops, bars, restaurants, bank services etc…
The architects behind this project are Maxwell & Company who specialize primarily designing luxury resorts, castles and hotels.
With a planned investment from abroad, Portrush in Northern Ireland is set to become home of the first five-star hotel in over 60 miles.
The development will be led by Brian McCarthy who also serves as CEO for Valor Hospitality Ltd., an American company that owns and operates hotels across Europe including this one! With no other option available within such close proximity—the area has long been waiting on someone like them: classy enough without being stuffy or pedantic about protocol while still providing top notch service.
“With its five-star status, this resort will attract visitors from all over, and with our experience in managing luxury resorts around the globe, including golf projects in South Africa and in the U.S., we are more than ready to apply our expertise to our first development in Northern Ireland.”
He added: “In 2021, Valor’s UK portfolio doubled in size, marking a real stake in the ground for our growth ambitions going forward.
“As we expand further, it’s particularly special to be working on a project such as this, where we have been involved since its inception and we’re looking forward to seeing the development progress.”
We are excited to see the development progress throughout 2022 into 2023 and look forward to showcasing the new 5 Star Hotel to clients of TheGolfPA.com when they come to Northern Ireland for their golf trips.
